Contract language is German. The general legal provisions apply. DE/EU: All prices are final prices VAT included plus shipping costs. With pickup the shipping costs are not required. Margin scheme/Second-hand goods: According to § 25a UStG Differenzbesteuerung, the statutory VAT included in the price is not shown separately. Europe Non-EU countries / Overseas: All prices are final prices plus shipping costs. VAT-free Export Delivery. Until full payment, the goods remain the property of hoehn-music. Should no payment of the ordered goods be received within 7 days, hoehn-music reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. There is no minimum order value at hoehn-music. Storage of the contract text for orders via our Internet shop: We store and send you the order data by e-mail. Your order details are no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons. You can view the general terms and conditions of trade at any time under the menu item Gtct of our webshop.
Conclusion of contact
The buyer accepts the offer to complete a contract for fixed-price items at recordsberlin by placing the item (s) in the shopping cart, then clicking the listed steps up to the button "Submit order", accepting the Gtct and the right of withdrawal, then clicking on the button "Submit order" and then the buyer completes the payment process.
The ordered goods must be paid in advance.

The specified shipping costs of the list in the Shipping menu item apply. International shipping costs can be found also in the menu item Shipping. hoehn-music ships with Deutsche Post, DHL and HLG. Turntables and hi-fi devices are only shipped within the EU. Oversized equipment is only available for pickup.

The cash payment at collection is possible at the specified address in the legal notice. Dates for collection should be arranged in good time.
hoehn-music offers almost only one-off pieces, so there is no obligation to deliver even after the order has been confirmed. hoehn-music is entitled to partial deliveries, these are to be accepted by the customer. The purchase price of non-deliverable items will be refunded immediately by hoehn-music.

Warranty / Liability for defects
There are statutory warranty rights. For used items, the warranty period is limited to one year. The warranty begins with the receipt of the goods by the customer. The sound carriers of hoehn-music are all in used condition and they are classified according to the gradings of the hoehn-music Gradingssystems. First the record or CD is classified, then the cover or the sleeve, for CDs the booklet and the inserts. The comments in the article description for the mediums are always formulated in English. The stated guidelines of the status description in the menu item Grading apply. Items up to 6 € will be rated purely visually.
(valid for customers from the European Union) You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (recordsberlin, Jens Höhn, Wiener Str. 32, 10999 Berlin, Tel. 0049 (0) 30/67966681, email: firstname.lastname@example.org) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (eg by e-mail) a confirmation of the receipt of such a revocation. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have to repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
